Further to the scheduling, coordination and performance monitoring, the focus is on leadership of approx. 40 subordinates (with an increasing tendency) and advancement of staff potentials.

We are seeking employees for technical customer support and for the supervision of current production processes regarding the adherence to schedules and quality. Besides the optimization of machining operations, your focus is on determining such processes. In the latter you specify the sequence of operations and create the work plans.

 You offer:

  • A completed technical education or further education as technician or foreman in the field of mechanical engineering
  • Professional experience in work preparation, production (turning, milling, eroding, grinding, etc.), heat treatment, surface treatment, quality assurance processes
  • Experience in the field of CNC milling and turning
  • Ideally you have completed a relevant REFA training
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Knowledge of English.
